I have done ACT tutoring for nine years now. I started my business because when I was in high school, I could not find an ACT tutor that I could afford. Paying 150+ dollars an hour simply was not an option for me, and I had to do it on my own.
I have not only tutored for the ACT, but I have experience teaching children in scholastically disadvantaged areas and ones with learning disabilities, and I have taught English in Europe while living in Spain.
My wide range of teaching experiences have helped me to develop empathy and extreme patience for my students; I am able to connect with a wide range of personalities and abilities.
In addition, I am able to relate with these students in a way that most tutors cannot: I am under 30 and was in these students’ positions only a few years ago, I received Lipscomb University’s Broadcaster of the Year in 2018, and I have experience with lots of different colleges and their atmospheres. I am not only able to tutor your student, but provide valuable, RELEVANT advice to your student about their college choice, degree options, and important life decisions.

For the last four years, I have also taught standard elementary, middle, and high school subjects to student.
Ranging from every level of math, to English, reading and comprehension skills, general testing advice, business classes: everything that you can imagine I have done it.
As a soccer coach of children aged 10 to 13, I am very comfortable teaching children of any age and skill level. I also have experience tutoring kids with slight to moderate learning disabilities, so I am an extremely adaptable tutor.
I have taught English to students scoring a perfect English grade on the ACT. And I have also taught English to friends from Turkey, Spain, Italy, Azerbaijan, and Argentina.
